Technology
AI-powered precision cameras: precision in every fruit.
Our AI-powered precision camera grading line analyzes each avocado individually using machine vision and weighing. Based on that data, the system routes every fruit to the right exit by size, grade and customer program.
The result is consistent, repeatable grading, less manual handling and an objective grading report for every lot.
Machine vision
Analysis of each fruit's external appearance.
Individual weighing
Size assignment under each market's count system.
Customer programs
Grading configurations by destination and specification.
Lot-level data

Giró
Packing and netting solutions for retail formats.

Giró netting
Net-bag formats for retail.
A Giró netting machine is integrated into the plant to pack avocados in net bags, the format many retail chains ask for. Fruit arrives already graded by size and quality, and each bag is closed with its retail label.
- Fruit graded before netting
- Net bags with retail labels
- Formats to suit each customer program
Packing process
Six stages, one standard.

Intake
Fruit arrives with its documentation (orchard record, harvest sheet, weighing ticket and, where applicable, movement certificate). The lot is registered and placed in the quarantine area for its destination.
Industrial capacity
20 tonnes per hour of installed capacity.
The grading line sets the pace of the plant. Intake, cold rooms and docks were sized accordingly to sustain the processing flow.
- Quarantine areas segregated by destination
- High-bay building with room for vertical growth
- Loading docks with expansion capacity
Cold chain
Quality is preserved at controlled temperature.
Avocados are a living product. Holding the right temperature from packing to loading is key to arriving in the agreed condition.

Pre-cooling
Two pre-cooling rooms to bring down fruit temperature when its condition requires it.
Cold storage
Two cold storage rooms with flows separated by destination.
Temperature records
A temperature recorder on every shipment to document conditions in transit.
Controlled loading
Direct loading from cold storage to minimize exposure to ambient temperature.
Sizes
One avocado, four sizing systems.
Each market expresses size differently: Mexico by commercial category; Europe, the United States and Japan by fruit count per case. Select a market to see the equivalences.
Commercial grades
- CAT 1
Class 1
Premium-quality fruit for export and premium programs.
