Our orchards
Our own fruit, cared for from the tree.
More than 1,800 hectares of our partners' orchards in southern Jalisco, with technified irrigation, precision agriculture and organic certification, supplying the most demanding supermarkets all year round.
Our own fruit
Together, our own fruit all year round.
JALISCAVO's packing house brings together more than 1,800 hectares of controlled orchards from Jalisco's best growers — our partners. We do not depend on third-party sourcing: we know every orchard, every grower and every lot that enters the plant.
Our orchards range from 1,100 to 2,300 meters above sea level. Each altitude harvests at a different time, so together we have our own fruit 12 months a year.

Avocados all year round
In Jalisco we have avocados 12 months a year.
Our growers' orchards rise from 1,100 to 2,300 meters above sea level. Each altitude blooms and harvests at a different time, so we guarantee continuous supply to our customers throughout the year.

Caring for the land
Love for the land and a vision for the future.
We respect the life that grows from the land and make long-term decisions, so the next generations inherit more productive orchards and healthier soil.
“To be the packing house that raises the standard of Mexican avocados and protects the bond with the land and its growers.”
Efficient water use
Technified irrigation in every orchard and water-stress monitoring with drones.
Soil and biodiversity
We promote responsible farming practices that protect soil, biodiversity and resource efficiency.
Award-winning orchards
Our partners' orchards received APEAJAL's Most Sustainable Orchard in Jalisco award in 2021, 2024 and 2026.
Innovation for the future
We invest in genetics, microbiology and field technology for sustainable production.
Traceability
The same traceability, all year round.
Because it is our own fruit, every case can be traced back to the orchard and the day it was harvested, at any time of year. One counterpart, full single-origin trucks and fewer intermediaries for supermarkets.

More trees per hectare
A compact, upright canopy allows higher-density plantings and makes harvesting easier.
Cross-pollination
A type B flower that complements Hass (type A) and brings more pollen to the orchard.
Higher yield per hectare
Planted alongside Hass, it improves fruit set and yield across the whole orchard.
Less water per kilo
Produces more fruit with lower water use per kilo harvested.
Complementary harvest window
Ripens after Hass, between Hass and Méndez, when market supply is lower.
Hass-like quality
Size, flavor and post-harvest life similar to Hass; its skin darkens as it ripens.
Certified plants from Vivero Luna
Vivero Luna is the variety's official nursery in Mexico, in Gómez Farías, Jalisco. Visit to learn about the variety, tour the pilot orchard and reserve your plants.
