Growers, packers and marketers in a single company.
JALISCAVO S.A.P.I. de C.V. is a Mexican company dedicated to packing, grading, marketing and exporting fresh avocados. Its packing house is located in Gómez Farías, Jalisco.
Our shareholders are avocado growers from the region. That shapes how we work: long-term decisions, control over fruit origin and a direct link between the orchard and the customer.

2019
Company incorporated
The company that would later become JALISCAVO is incorporated.
2023
JALISCAVO S.A.P.I. de C.V. is born
The company adopts its current structure and begins designing its own packing house.
2024
Growers and construction
The grower-partner base is consolidated and construction of the industrial building begins.
2025
Building completed
The packing house building is completed and permanent power and water services are connected.
2026
Operations begin
The AI-powered precision camera grading line starts up and the packing house begins operating.

We serve the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America.

Growers are part of the company.
Our partners' orchards in Jalisco range from 1,100 to 2,300 m above sea level, allowing staggered harvests and avocados all year round. We also serve non-partner growers through packing services.
